Dr. Austin Owen Luhanga is currently the Principal Administrative Officer to the Office of the Vice President. He holds a PhD in Business Administration which he obtained in 2012 at The Cyprus Institute of Marketing, West London University. He has served as the Principal Administrative Officer to the Ministry of Information and Civic Education and as the Administrative Assistant on the secondment at World Bank Project (Land Reform Policy) in Malawi and he served as the acting Vice Chancellor for Skyway University.

Dr. Luhanga has specialized increasingly in the management of complex multi-cultural projects and staff. He has vast experience in Strategic Forward-Planning, Operating within financial Disciplines. His main areas of interests include modern leadership methods through staff motivation and involvement in decision making.

Dr. Luhanga brings vast experience on the governing council having worked in various private universities at both academic and administrative levels. He also brings to the board insights obtained from having worked at the highest levels of the government structures.
